Marwan Ahmed Moussa

Chair

Greeting delegates of the United Nations Environmental Assembly, I am Marwan Ahmed of Year 11. The Environmental Assembly is all about sustainability and overcoming upcoming environmental challenges. A great place to demonstrate your knowledge, critical thinking and debating skills. We face a wide range of environmental problems in the modern world that cut beyond national boundaries and affect us all. The challenges we confront are enormous, ranging from the widespread effects of climate change to the depletion of our natural resources and the loss of species. But it's precisely these difficulties that provide us the chance to demonstrate the strength of our global cooperation, collective intelligence, and problem-solving skills.
Megan Josephine Madtha

Co-chair

I am Megan Josephine, the co-chair for UNEA. The experience of being a co-chair in MUN is not just about overseeing debates; it's about creating an inclusive and respectful space for learning. Addressing conflicts, managing time effectively, and adapting to unforeseen circumstances for all part of the dynamic nature of the role. These challenges push me out of my comfort zone and teach me valuable lessons in leadership, adaptability, and resilience.

Here, you can find the study guide, which is your fundamental information for your agenda. It is important to remember that your study guide is not your only source of information, but a general guidance for the DISMUN '24. Be sure to do your own research as well!

P.S. you can find all the tips and tricks you need in the handbook.

Best of luck delegates!
