ADMUN is born out of the avid interest taken by a passionate group of students at Al Diyafah High School, who were eager to share and pass on their MUN experience. What had begun as a Personal Enrichment Programme Activity [PEP] has now become a full-fledged reality, running successfully for 6 years now!

The very first ADMUN was organized solely for the students of Diyafah. With great efforts and time, in the following year, 2019, its doors were thrown open to other schools in the UAE. The roaring pandemic did not stop us from holding one online! With the unwavering support of the school management, the dedication of the Secretariat and the enthusiasm of the delegates, last year’s ADMUN 2.3 was a resounding success.

Taking forward the ADMUN legacy, we are proud to present ADMUN 2.4 with the theme ‘Shifting gears for a sustainable and stabilized growth’, keeping in mind the Year of Sustainability and the upcoming COP 28 conference. The SDGs are at the core of our enthralling agendas. We are excited to announce that this year we are reaching out to a greater number of schools in the UAE while reaffirming our commitment to provide an intellectually and creatively challenging platform for our delegates.

 

ADMUN is a non-profit MUN, organized on the UNA-USA model of MUN. As it grows, it will become creative by the year, and continue to create global-minded, forward-thinking citizens.
