A school serves as a stepping stone for a child. It is here that a child learns
the lesson of camaraderie, tolerance and leadership, along with the courage to
tread the untrodden path.
Al Diyafah High School has created within the school, a caring and challenging
environment for young minds, allowing potentials to be fulfilled. This has been
possible because of the dedicated and close knit staff who adopt values that
promote a safe and secure atmosphere, stimulate growth- both intellectual and
social, through learning and play. Here, each child is recognized as an
individual with their unique abilities.
We expect a lot from our students and want them to grow up with confidence and
an enthusiasm for learning, to enjoy success without losing humility, and to
strive for high standards in everything they do, without a fear of failure. We
focus on students being well behaved and disciplined, wearing their uniform with
pride, and respecting themselves, their peers, their teachers and their parents.
The fast changing world will create several opportunities for our students but
with these will come problems too. We need to prepare our students for the
likelihood of these significant changes in their lives. We need young people to
be resilient and flexible, able to adapt confidently to changing circumstances.
Our activities programme in school, enables us to enhance our curricular
provision and expand our range of challenging opportunities to ensure our
students are prepared for their future.
In the end I’d like to say, our school is a wonderful place, full of
enthusiastic children who abound with energy and teachers eager to use it.
