Terms and Conditions
1) The Admission and Registration fee of Aed. 500/- is for new admissions. This is NON-REFUNDABLE and NOT deductible from the total school fee.
2) Total Fees include Tuition, Administration Fees, Medical, Sports, Science Laboratory, Library and Computer Laboratory.
3) Books , Bus Charges and Paid Activity costs are NOT included in the above fees but are charged separately.
4) 5% discount on Tuition Fee is applicable if the total fees are paid in single payment on or before 15th of September,2009.If the company that the parent/s work for are paying school fees, the discount of 5% is not applicable.
5) In case of a child leaving the school during the academic year, a refund will be calculated according to the Ministry of Education guidelines.
6) Every year there is a charge for confirmation of seat for the next academic year. This is NON-REFUNDABLE and NOT deductible from any other fees.
7)Credit Card payments are accepted. There is a 2.65% charge on every Visa / Master Card transaction.
8) In case a cheques is returned by the bank for ANY REASON, Aed. 150/- will be charged and cash only will be accepted for the returned cheque.The School will not accept responsibility for any returned cheque.
9) Cheques will be encash immediately. The school will not hold cheques for any reason.
10) Parents bear the total responsibility for the payment of fees on time.
11)Parents are requested not to send cash payments for fees with their wards. The School will not be held responsible for any loss of money sent with students.
12)The school is introducing Student Protection Plan w.e.f.Academic year 2009-10 and also updating the IT resources to provide your ward with better education facilities.The total cost of Aed. 100/- per student per annum is payable in the month of September for the same.
