| The school has a broad
curriculum and it aims to prepare pupils
for the IGCSE examinations. Children are
assessed to measure achievements in basic
skills of literacy, numeracy, science, social
science and non-verbal ability.
Internal records of pupils’
progress are based on chapter-wise assessments,
class work, homework and project work covered
over the term and written reports are sent
to the parents.
YEARS 3 to 6
Assessments for Year
3-6 will be based on the total marks obtained
in 2 rounds of assessments. Internal assessments
will carry some weight for both Terms.
YEARS 7 to 10
Assessments for Year
7-10 will be based on the total marks obtained
in 2 rounds of assessments. Internal assessments
will carry some weight for both Terms.
RETEST EVALUATIONS
If a student fails to
achieve the required minimum grade / aggregate
at the end of the Final Term he/she will
have to attempt a re-evaluation in that
particular subject. The student will then
have to acquire the required marks / percentage
to be eligible to be promoted to the next
class.
If a student does not
acquire the grade required, he/ she will
have to repeat the class.
